The acquisition serves to expand and strengthen the geographic reach of DFS in the Northern California region. With the acquisition, Dickinson Fleet Services will look to further expand its mobile offering for medium and heavy-duty trucks and trailers into other markets in Northern California, including Sacramento, San Jose and Fresno, to name a few.
